Ø The buffing line consist of chain conveyor, 2 compartment, 40 fixtures, over 30

    motors and buffing wheels,…etc 

 Ø 40 pcs fixture seated on the Chain base move along the guide rail,

    the parts are polished by the wheel during this movement.

 ØThe cutter mark, the burrs, residues and sharp edges can be

    removed completely through this buffing process, visually the parts

    become more perfect and more consistent on its surface.

 Ø The fixtures move speed can be set from 0 to 14m/min, The special

    mechanism make the all the fixture revolved at certain position to

    meet different polishing needs, all these can be set just by click the

    button on Touch screen.

 Ø  Isolated compartment and individual exhaling system make the work

    area more clean.
